Virtual Information Evening for Year 11

Year 11: Virtual Information Evening

Welcome to our Year 11 Virtual Information Evening. The videos posted below focus on the key information about the summer’s exams, covering what we do (and don’t yet) know about the 2021 exam series. It also offers advice about how best to support students throughout Year 11, looking at mock exams, effective and healthy revision and taking care of them during a very busy year.

The videos of information and advice will remain on our website after the evening itself, so you can view them at any time. If you have any questions, please contact ynordon@caldew.cumbria.sch.uk or Curtis.Clarke@caldew.cumbria.sch.uk

UPDATE: Following the government’s announcement on Monday 12th October, we can confirm that the start date for the GCSE exams has been delayed by three weeks. This means that most (but not all) exams will now start after 7th June 2021. We will update our website once the dates are confirmed.
